You have your first experience as a UX/UI designer, but now it’s time to take it to the next level. During the Voormedia Academy you will gain practical experience from actual client work, asking the important questions (in both Dutch and English), creating user flows, design systems and turning wireframes into a solid product. You will receive on-the-job coaching from a compact but skilled team including our Lead Designer and the founder of the company. We focus on your personal development as much as possible and have no expectations, apart from you doing your absolute best to be a great colleague and become a good designer.

Little by little you will get to know the various projects that we are running at Voormedia. This way you gain experience in various environments and industries. This could be a product configurator, a dashboard, a SaaS solution for the hospitality sector, etc...

Sounds good, right? Okay, but we hear you thinking right now. "That's great, but after all those hours in the (digital) classroom I was looking forward to finally earning a decent salary." Say no more! From day 1 you will simply be paid accordingly (see conditions below).

Who are you?

• You have a true passion for (product) design
• You have a higher education degree or equivalent ability
• You speak both Dutch and English fluently
• You are available to work from our office in Amsterdam-Noord
• You have 1+ years of experience in design
• You are undoubtedly a little stubborn, but not so much that this gets in the way of your own development  
• You are proactive and ask for help when you get stuck
• You manage to make the people around you smile
• You are a good person and valuable addition – both personal and professional – to our team

How do we make our selection?
